The Service is an AI-powered fashion analysis and style recommendation platform. It reviews visible outfit details such as color, silhouette, texture, and occasion fit to provide multiple points of view and practical styling directions.

The Service operates on a credit-based system, where credits are consumed according to feature usage.

• The Service is generally available to individuals aged 18 or older.
• Users under 18 may use the Service with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Individuals previously suspended for violating these Terms may not use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.
• Account registration with false information is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

The Service offers login via Google Account. By using Google Login, you agree to the following terms.

The Service operates under the following credits system:

The Service is a digital service, and credits are applied to AI generation and other features.

The following actions are prohibited when using the Service:

• Interfering with Service operations
• Harassing, defaming, or disturbing other users
• Uploading photos containing illegal content
• Violating third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Exploiting Service vulnerabilities
• Unauthorized selling, transferring, or lending of accounts

The use of AI-generated content (style recommendations, reference images, etc.) created through the Service is subject to the following restrictions:

All intellectual property rights (trademarks, logos, designs, software, databases, etc.) related to the Service belong to us or third parties who have licensed them to us.

You retain copyright to photos you upload, but you grant us permission to use them as necessary to provide the Service. For history, re-analysis and improved-image generation, photos are reduced to a maximum long edge of 2048px and stored privately for up to 30 days. Deleting an analysis history entry immediately starts cleanup of its related stored photo, thumbnail and generated images.

Please understand the following disclaimers regarding your use of the Service:

We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases: ① System maintenance, ② Force majeure (natural disasters, war, riots, legal changes, government actions, etc.), ③ Other circumstances we deem necessary.

We may suspend or delete accounts of users violating these Terms without warning. In such cases, unused credits may be forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

The Japanese version of these Terms is the governing version. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Japanese version and any translation (English, Traditional Chinese, Arabic, etc.), the Japanese version shall prevail.

Our disclaimers, limitation of liability, jurisdiction, and other provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

Even if you access the Service from outside Japan (including Saudi Arabia or Taiwan), Japanese law governs these Terms in principle; however, mandatory local laws may apply to the extent required.
