This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Magicoord (the "Service").
📋1. Information We Collect
To provide the Service, we collect the following information:
Account Information
Email address, username, profile photo (optional), and other information you provide during account registration.
Fashion Photos
Photos you upload for outfit analysis. For history, re-analysis and improved-image generation, we reduce each photo to a maximum long edge of 2048px (without enlarging smaller images), convert it to WebP, and privately store that clear copy together with a 200×200px thumbnail for up to 30 days. Deleting the analysis history entry immediately starts cleanup of its related clear copy, thumbnail and generated images.
Payment Information
Payment information required for point purchases. Credit card information is not stored by us; it is securely processed by our payment processor (Stripe).
Usage Data
Access times, IP addresses, browser information, device information, and service usage patterns automatically collected to improve the Service and enhance security.

⚠️ Third-Party AI Services
The Service uses Google AI (Gemini API) to provide AI features. Your photos are sent to Google's servers for AI analysis.
How Google handles your data is outside our control. Google may use data for service improvement or model training. Please review Google's terms for details:

🌍5. International Data Transfers
The Service uses service providers located outside Japan (primarily in the United States), such as Supabase, Google AI (Gemini), and Stripe. As a result, your information may be transferred outside Japan.
We require these service providers to implement appropriate security measures through contracts and verify their compliance as necessary.
